Building the Business Case

Building the Business Case are sessions focused on point products or solutions. With each session, students will understand their offering, differentiators, key questions to ask and key situations that allow them to identify opportunities, overcome objections and create a value proposition.

The Building the Business Case sessions are designed for sales / marketing audiences, and the content presented is very relevant to their sales activity. Class is highly interactive and the methodology used supports the student on discovering the benefits, opportunity indicators, questions to ask, and elevator pitch, instead of having them attend a lecture session. At the end of each session, the students consolidate their knowledge, completing a role play or simulation, where they will need to use the knowledge and skills they got during the session.
